Clever Questions to Ask at a Job Interview
Getting ready for a job interview can be stressful. Preparation is key, but it's important to sound natural and not like you have rehearsed your answers - even if you have!

One thing you can do to get ahead of the game is to prepare a number of questions to ask your interviewer at the end of the meeting. You will almost always be given the opportunity to ask questions, and it is expected that you will do so. So what makes an interesting question that could impress an employer?
What are the most and least enjoyable aspects of the role?
This shows that you want to understand the kind of challenge you are going to face, and that you want to be properly prepared for it.
What training opportunities do you offer?
A classic question - it highlights that you're keen to advance your skills and add further value to the organisation.
How does this role fit into the wider team?
This draws attention to a preference for teamwork. It shows you want to know where you'd fit in and how your contribution affects the rest of the company.
How is performance measured and reviewed?
This flags up that you appreciate the importance of delivering real results, and that you understand the value of commitment and reliability.
All of these questions aim to do the same thing - they give you a further opportunity to show the interviewer why you are the right person for the job. Just make sure you don't ask about something already covered earlier in the interview, or it may suggest you weren't listening closely.
