Quest Professional apprentices train in a supportive, work-place aligned environment where the focus is to transform you from a young student into a fresh, dynamic employee and perhaps a future leader. You will follow a 22-week training schedule consisting of a variety of trainer-led sessions, guest speakers, trips out, and bite-size courses simulating real-life working environments. The entire content of The Business Apprentice Programme has been constructed with the end result in mind, helping you to make a successful impact within your desired job role.

Once you have completed the training programme you will have the opportunity to complete a two-week internship with a recognised company. Our expert recruitment consultants will arrange this internship for you, enabling you to put all your acquired skills into practice, add to an impressive CV, get a taste of working life – and it could lead on to full-time employment!

Marketing

  • Understanding the role and function of marketing in business
  • Introducing the 7 'Ps', the marketing mix and corporate communication
  • Understanding customers and stakeholder management
  • Social/Digital Media and Google Analytics
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing online exam and assignments

Practical Advertising (includes delivering a business pitch)

  • Creating and managing an advertising campaign
  • Exploring the history of advertising
  • Developing mood boards, printed adverts, press releases and campaign strategies
  • Presentation skills – creating and delivering a professional business pitch
  • Self presentation, confidence and business image

Journalism and PR

Internship

Upon successful completion of the 22 weeks, students progress to a two-week internship at a recognised company, arranged through Quest within Central London.
