Prior to introducing our candidates to you, we will have developed a strong personal relationship with them during their 12 to 36 weeks of training with us. Whilst they are training with us and developing the skills that you require, we are gaining an understanding of their career aspirations and their personalities.
Our recruitment consultants will come and visit you at your organisation. They will get a feel for the environment that you work in and listen to your requirements enabling them to select the candidates with the most suitable profiles.
Matching your job specification and organisational environment with our candidates' personalities and skills base will mean that you can be confident of lasting placements.
