Professional Training Programmes to help you succeed. Our Training Programmes will develop you as an individual, both technically and personally, giving you the confidence to go into the workplace and make an immediate impact.
Your training at Quest will be full-time, action-packed and structured around interactive, trainer-led sessions, guest speakers, trips out and bite-size courses simulating real-life working environments. Our in-house recruitment team is on hand every day, guiding you onto an exciting career path, and showing you the latest job roles that you could apply for. We encourage the concept of a work-life balance, and to promote this, we regularly arrange social and networking events throughout the year, from 'cupcakes and cava' to rounders in Hyde Park. Quest is great fun, incredibly social and an excellent place to start networking. Outside your training hours, you can immerse yourself in all that the capital has to offer. Internships play an important part in helping you to decide on your possible future career path. You will develop a close working relationship with Quest's proactive recruitment consultants who will arrange a beneficial two-week internship for those apprentices committed to our longer training programmes. This internship is a great chance for you to put all the skills learnt at Quest to use in a real-life situation or get a feel for a particular industry and may also open up the opportunity for a longer term job contract.
